Dear Christ Lutheran Family,
As the leaves in the trees begin to turn from summer green to harvest orange and tan, we inch closer and closer to the seasons of Thanksgiving and the Advent of our Lord Jesus in bodily form, come for the sole purpose of covering us in His righteousness through His death and resurrection. As harvest around us comes to a close, and things begin to slow down for the winter season, it is good to take time to reflect on all the many blessings our God has given us, and to remember to give Him thanks and praise for His mercy and grace. It is my hope and prayer that that thankfulness will be reflected in regular worship attendance, as well as regular offerings of our time, talents and treasures from the countless blessings our Lord has given us. With that said, I also wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks from the Wright family to our family of faith here at Christ Lutheran. We have been truly blessed by God for such an amazing place to call home, and amazing congregation to share it with. Thank you for your faithful service to this community through the ministries of Christ Lutheran Church, as well as your support of our family throughout our time here. We couldn’t ask for better people to team with in ministry. It is truly an honor to serve with you all. So thank you, thank you, thank you, and may God continue to bless us all in the year to come.
